Here's my cynical response -- it's a good thing that the Federal Government knows when to exceed its authority under the Constitution (it's just a goddamn piece of paper, right?) and protect us by outlawing marijuana, cocaine, heroin, LSD, etc.. I bet they could protect even more of us by outlawing alcoholic beverages. Oh, they already tried that? And, the result was rich gangsters and corrupt public officials? Gee, that sounds kind of familiar... If I only had a brain. Oh well; back to the War on... on... the War on? I forget. How many wars do we have going on right now?
